If the sleep alarm you set is not ringing in the morning, here are a few checks you should run before contacting our tech support.
For iOS:
1. From the clock screen where you set the dial for your alarm time, tap on the Settings icon located to the upper left hand of the clock interface.
2. From the sleep settings page, make sure that your alarm volume is turned all the way up. Also make sure that you actually have a ringtone selected, and that it is not set too "Silent - Data Analysis Only".
3. You should also scroll to the bottom of the settings screen and change the "Wake Up Phase" duration to 0 minutes if you are experiencing issues with hearing the alarm.
For Android:
1. From the clock screen where you set the dial for your alarm time, tap on the Settings icon located to the upper left hand of the clock interface.
2. From the sleep settings page, make sure that your alarm volume "Ringer" is turned all the way up.
3. You should also set the "Wake Up Phase" duration at the top of the screen to 0 minutes if you are experiencing issues with hearing the alarm.
