If you're interested in a refund, Apple processes all transactions involving subscriptions. To report a problem and request a refund, follow this link: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Please log into your iTunes account, find the email receipt, and click Report a Problem. Explain your reasoning for the requested refund and they should process it promptly.
Android:

If you have purchased Glucose Buddy from our web portal and you were interested in a refund, please reach out to support@azumio.com with a copy of your email purchase receipt. We will be able to refund you after confirming your information and purchase.
Helix (DNA Sequencing):
If you have purchased Helix's DNA sequencing from an Azumio portal and you were interested in a refund, please reach out to support@azumio.com with a copy of your email purchase receipt and we will be able to process your refund.
However, if you have purchased the DNA sequencing package directly from Helix, please reach out to support@helix.com and they will be able to help process your refund.
