If you have purchased Glucose Buddy from our web portal and you are interested in a refund, please reach out to support@azumio.com with a copy of your email purchase receipt. We will be able to issue your refund after confirming your information and purchase.
For Helix (DNA sequencing):
If you have purchased Helix's DNA sequencing package from an Azumio portal and you were interested in a refund, please reach out to support@azumio.com with a copy of your email purchase receipt.
However, if you have purchased Helix's DNA sequencing package directly from Helix, please reach out to support@helix.com and they will help you process your refund.
