If you recently purchased either the monthly or yearly membership subscription for Argus premium but are unable to access the premium features of the application, follow these instructions to restore your access:
For iOS & Android:
1) When you purchase Argus premium, the membership is credited to the email listed for the Azumio account you are currently logged into. Note that this is not necessarily the same as the iTunes/Google Play account used to make the purchase. If you create a second Azumio account after purchasing premium, the new account will not be the one credited with membership.
2) If you are logged into the original Azumio account at the time of purchase and are still unable to access the premium features of the application, contact our support team with your email receipt, and we will restore your premium access in a timely fashion.
