BMI - Body Mass Index
Body mass index is calculated by dividing your weight in kg by the square of your height in meters. (KG/M2) BMI scores are used to categorize a person as underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese based on their calculated score. Although BMI's are helpful for rough categorization it should not be used as a diagnostic of body fatness or health.
