I change my sleeping habits during a lockdown situation. As a professional freelancer and a blogger, I have to take care of my sleeping time and make sure I have a good sleep to be fresh and have enough energy to work with full concentration on my client's projects.
i try to wake up as early as 5 am in the morning the go for the jog.and after have path continue to work with my clients online.
early to bed and early to rise is the formula to live healthy and smart. specially during lockdown.
