iOS:
Sleep Time records your sleep data over a duration of time specified by the alarm you set. In order to set an alarm, click on the alarm tab represented by the clock icon on the bottom menu. Once you are on this screen, set your desired wake-up time by scrolling the "Set" button around the clock. The Alarm Time will be displayed as well.
Then go to Settings tab, represented by the gear icon, and scroll down to where it says "Alarm Volume." You can drag the dot to your desired volume. Right below that, there is a heading called "Sounds and Vibration." Click on "Ringtone" under this heading to choose the sound of your alarm.
Once you have dragged the set button to your desired alarm time and adjusted the settings to your preference, press the Play button to begin recording your sleep session. Place your phone face down on the bed next to you and enjoy a night of sleep.
When you awake, it is critical for you to stop your sleep cycle. You can do this by holding the Stop button for 3 seconds or by activating the Simple Off function from the settings page. Once you’ve woken up, head over to Sleep Lab indicated by the moon icon to view and analyze your data.
