How can I integrate my Heart Rate measurements into the Apple Health App?

Instant Heart Rate includes Apple Health App integration for heart rate data obtained through Instant Heart Rate after connecting the Health App (also known as HealthKit in media)

To enable data sharing between the Health App and Instant Heart Rate, please follow these instructions:
  1. Open the Health App.
  2. Go to "Sources" represented by a heart and arrow.
  3. Under "Apps", click on "Heart Rate".
  4. Enable Instant Heart Rate by turning on "Heart Rate".
After following these instructions, you should be able to see your heart rate data on the Health App under Health Data -> Vitals -> Heart Rate.
