If you are experiencing problems connecting your Helix account to your Azumio account, please follow the steps below:
(Please note that you must open the link with your mobile device AND have the Mail App set up for these directions to work)
1. Open this email on your mobile device.
2. If you are using Fitness Buddy, please Click This Link
If you are using Argus, please Click This Link
If you are using Calorie Mama, please Click This Link
3. After opening the link you will see a prompt asking to open Fitness Buddy, Argus, or Calorie Mama.
4. When you reach the purchase screen Select Connect to Helix.
5. Enter in your Helix Account credentials.
4. Once connected you will have access to your order status and your DNA results when they become available.
