Can I get a refund on my membership subscription?

If you're unsatisfied with your membership, we are happy to give you a refund upon cancellation of your premium services. Please follow these instructions to begin the process.

IOS: 
If you're interested in a refund, Apple processes all transactions involving subscriptions. To report a problem and request a refund, follow this link: reportaproblem.apple.com.  Please log into your iTunes account, find the email receipt, and click Report a Problem. Explain your reasoning for the requested refund and they should process it promptly.

Android: 
If you're interested in a refund, please use the following link to begin the refund process:
