How to Cancel Subscription

Since the purchases of our monthly/yearly membership subscriptions are processed through the App/Google Play Store, you will need to head to your iTunes or Google account settings to manage your active subscriptions. 

For iOS:

This can be accessed from the "iTunes & App Store" section of your iPhone settings, but you can find detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscriptions through this link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

For Android:

Please go to https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en for instructions on how to cancel or refund a subscription on Google Play. 

For Web:

If you have purchased Glucose Buddy from our web portal and you are interested in a refund, please reach out to support@azumio.com with a copy of your email purchase receipt. We will be able to issue your refund after confirming your information and purchase. 

For Helix (DNA sequencing): 

If you have purchased Helix's DNA sequencing package from an Azumio portal and you were interested in a refund, please reach out to support@azumio.com with a copy of your email purchase receipt.

However, if you have purchased Helix's DNA sequencing package directly from Helix, please reach out to support@helix.com and they will help you process your refund.
