We are aware that there are some syncing issues between Google Fit and Instant Heart Rate and we are doing our best to resolve the issue as soon as we can.
Here are some suggestions on making the sync more reliable:
- Have both applications open at the same time.
- If you have multiple Google accounts on your phone, please make sure you are viewing the same Google account on Google Fit as what you have selected when connected to Instant Heart Rate with Google Fit.
- Reinstall both applications. Be sure to log in with your Azumio account to sync your data to prevent data loss.
